I though i still be able to join from the page there, but it is actually not able to join.

The live phase of the Q23 is running. Quants can join any contest during the submission phase. Q24 is on.

If Q23 is already running, it really feels like you should be able to join from there. Hopefully the team notices this and improves the page, because it’s not very clear right now.
