Checking of strategies for Q20 takes two weeks

What to do? I have at least 5 strategies stuck in the checking process.

I have the same question... but with more than 20 strategies in checking state

@eddiee Dear Eddie, all 5 strategies are currently in the processing queue. There are many submissions in September, please be patient, sorry for the issue.

@captain-nidoran Dear captain-nidoran, only 15 submission can take part to the contest per user, but users are submitting more, like in your case 20 as you say. In the end only the top 15 will take part to the contest, or the 15 you select. But they are creating a long queue. In addition to your 20, there are many other users who submit many systems just shortly before the submission window closes. So the processing of all submissions takes longer.

Sorry, I did not know that strategies that were submitted to the checking process are still eligible to take part in the contest even when the contest has already started. Now I know better for the future.

@eddiee Yes, exactly, the submission date matters, not the date when processing is completed. Although we have to improve definitely in the processing....

@support Hi, I have 3 strategies that summitted before the due date and now went through the checking process but they are still in Candidate folder. When do you plan to move these strategies to be part of the Q20 contest? Probably it's just a timing issue - but just want to make sure. I have 12 in contest now - here are the # for the 3 candidates to be moved in the contest in case you need it: # 15603638, # 15523727, # 15434260. Thanks a lot!
