How long will the submission of a strategy take?

I've submitted a strategy 3 hours ago
But the progress bar still displays 0% progress
How long will it take to complete the checking of the strategy ?
My submission id is # 16868683
Will the checking be done before the deadline?

The processing time of submitted strategies depends on multiple factors such as complexity of the strategy, the size of the current processing queue etc. Currently, the queue is large and we are working on improving processing times. Your strategy is in the queue and will be processed. Thank you for your patience.

I tried submitting two strategies, both have stalled checking for multiple days. Do you know what happened? One stalled after 30 days of checking (#16895145) and passing and the other at 90 days(#16892685). Do you have any advice? If it passes the checks after the deadline but was submitted prior to the contest deadline, is it a valid entry?

Your submissions are in the queue and will be processed. Also, all submissions that are sent to the contest before the deadline will be eligible to take part in it.
