No error messages show why the strategies failed

Two strategies failed but no error messages show
I don't what happened to these strategies
The strategies are # 17190184 and # 17190033
Can @support take a look at them

Do u mean that I should not have these line in my codes?
Should I delete those lines(environ['...'] = '...')?
