Hi, Newbie here.

I created my account and Cloned the Q18 Quick Start template which went fine.

When I clicked the JupyterLab button - the virtual environment initialized, however, the updating of the environment step that followed failed. It told me that an error had occured and to return to the strategies page.

On the Strategies page there is red text which says - Strategy is empty - an error may have occured.

Same thing happens with Jupyter.
