not sure what happened but I am now able to open my strategies.

When I try to open up any of my strategies in either Jupyter or JupyterLab I get the following error

An error has occurred. Return to the page "Strategies"

I have tried the following with no results:

1. logging out and back in
2. restarting my computer
3. clearing my cache

Any help you can offer to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
