My submission has remained in Checking at 0% for more than 24 hours.
When I open its details, I get “Failed to load analytics details”.
The IS Sharpe ratio is blank and the OS Sharpe ratio shows 0.00.
Could you check whether the evaluation job or analytics service is stuck?
