Error while loading Data

I hope all of you are fine.
Unfortunately I am again encountering an error that is of similar nature I had before, namely I get the following error:KeyError: "cannot represent labeled-based slice indexer for coordinate 'time' with a slice over integer positions; the index is unsorted or non-unique"
My environment was working fine and all I did is update pandas to 1.3 as there are features not available in the 1.2.5 version. Since then I am having this problem. The problem is not related to the data load function itself, as the function worked well before.
Id be thankful if anyone can help me.

Just created two new enviroments, one with pandas version 1.5 and one with the default 1.2.5. Got the mentioned issue for the updated but not the latter version, so the error is definitely somehow related to the pandas version
